如想加入本中心成為個人會員，請出示身份証或出世紙（正或副本）及29元年費入會。
如申請成為家庭會員（兩代直系關係），請帶備各成員身份証或出世紙（正或副本）及58元年費。
會員費一經繳費，不能退款，但可退會籍。
If you would like to join us, please present HKID or birth certificate (original or copy) and $29 annual membership fee for individual membership; or prepare HKID/ birth certificate documents (originals or copies) of all members and $58 for family membership.
Termination of membership is allowed but NO REFUND will be made after the payment.

社交及技能發展課程 - 報名須知 Registration Rules

Registration Rules
(一) 報名以下興趣班必須成為有效會員方可參加。不設留位，收費作實。
Persons who want to join the interest class must be the valid
members of the centre.
No reservation is provided. Registration is effective only after the
payment.
(二) 本中心有權修改課程任何資料，以本中心最後公佈為準則，另本中心保留開班與否之權利。
Our centre has the right to amend any course information.
(三) 所有課程一經報名，不得轉班或退款（在特別情況下，可交30元改班或退出之行政費用）。＜詳情見退出手續通告＞（若因取消課程而退款者，請於通知後一個月內到本中心辦理退款，逾期作廢。另因延期退款者，則需於所新訂之開課日期前辦理退款，逾期作廢）。若退款額超過300元，則以支票代替現金支付，並於約三星期後到本中心取回退款支票。
After registration, the applicant is not allowed to change or withdraw the course.

(四) 若參加者出席率超過80％，於一年內可向中心申請出席證明，每張手續費30元正 (7個工作天)，60元正 (1-6個工作天)
Applicants with over 80% attendance can request a certificate of attendance with the administration fee $30(7 working day) , $60(1-6 working
day).
(五) 公眾假期不用上課，學校假期照常上課。
（所有月班，公眾假期及因天氣而暫停上課的該課，將不獲補課。）
All interest class will be cancelled in the public holidays.
Interest class will continue in the school holidays.
(六) ３號風球及紅色暴雨警號所有室內興趣班照常上課，黑色暴雨警號及８號或以上風球則所有興趣班停止上課，該堂自動取消。
所有興趣班，如因天氣或其他原因引致課程需要「停課」，本中心會盡量安排「補課」，「補課」的日期安排為順延一堂。
Indoor activities will continue in the typhoon No. 3 and red rain signal.
Both indoor and outdoor activities will be cancelled in the typhoon No. 8 and black rain signal.
If a session is cancelled by our centre due to adverse weather condition, our centre will try
to provide another session for replacement.
(七) 如上述規則有任何修改，恕不作個別通知，請參閱本中心有關修改之通告。

已報名的服務退出手續 Withdrawal Procedures of Service
已報名的服務退出手續﹕
Withdrawal Procedures of Service:
(一) 已報名及繳費者(以下簡稱參加者)可以知會本單位想退出服務的意願，但是不能少於服務舉行前六個工作天或以前提出申請，若本單位於有關活動已有候選者等候，則會安排
由候選者補上，退出服務者需要繳交手續費三十元正，本單位亦安排在十二個工作天內退回已繳交之費用﹔
The participant who has registered for service and has the payment made (equivalent to “Participant” as below) can withdraw his/her application from the Centre
not later than 6 working days before the service. If there is a candidate on the waiting list, the vacancy will be filled up by that candidate. An administration fee of
HK$30 will be collected from the participant who withdraws. The Centre will refund the service fee to the participant within 12 working days.
(2) 若本單位於有關活動沒有候補者，則參加者可以推薦合符該服務參加者資格的人士補上，本單位保留接納該候補者的權利，若不獲接納，則參加者不能退出服務及取回已繳交之
費用﹔
If there is no candidate on the waiting list, the participant can nominate any eligible person to replace him/her. The Centre reserves the rights to admit the nominee.
The participant has to pay HK$30 for administration fee if the nominee is admitted.
(三) 若沒有任何候補者，則參加者不能退出服務及取回已繳交之費用﹔
If there is no waiting candidate, the participant cannot take back any fees he/she has made.
(四) 若本單位因應環境轉變而需要調動服務，因而引致參加者所參加的服務不能如期舉行，參加者可選擇參加其他服務，並將已繳交之費用轉到新的服務，
參加者亦可選擇退回已繳交之費用，本單位安排在十二個工作天內退回已繳交之費用﹔
If the Services in the Centre are to be rearranged due to charge in situation, participants of any service that is postponed can either change to other service or
quit their applications. The payment made would be transferred to the new Service or be refunded within 12 working days respectively.
(五) 在下列情況下，本單位可以取消參加者參加服務的資格，已繳交的費用概不發還：
Under the following conditions, the Centre might cancel the eligibility of the participant to enjoy the Service without any refund:
在報名後被本單位發現不符合參加服務的資格；
The participant applied to take part in the Service while he/she was not eligible to do so;
在服務進行期間參加者不遵從本單位服務負責職員就其言論、行為的勸喻。
